Shipping Policy


All orders begin processing within two business days of receipt...but usually the same day! We understand that most customers want their orders as soon as possible.
Order processing will be delayed if your artwork isn’t delivered in the proper / requested format or you do not approve your final proof the same day it’s delivered to you.

Most shipments will not be delivered on holidays or weekends. Please be aware that shipping to a residential address versus a business address will usually incur a higher shipping rate.

 

Delivery estimates:

We use FedEx to ship our orders. Below is the estimated delivery time, assuming the product is shipping from the United States (it usually does!). If you order a product that is coming from overseas, it’s often communicated on the product page, but not always. However, we will alert you so that you can prepare for additional shipping time.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:

Many carriers will not ship to a P.O. Box...please alert us at the time of ordering.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation once we receive it from the supplier.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes:

Blue Phoenix Branding LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages:

Blue Phoenix Branding LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to directly file a claim or our support team for assistance. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy:

At this time, we do not ship outside of the Continental United States.

 

Returns Policy:

Once a product is ordered, it cannot be returned as each of our products are customized with your branding. If you’re unhappy with your order after you receive it, please contact service@bluephoenixbranding.com and describe your issue, include your Order Number, and attach photos that accurately portray your concerns.
